1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1β5 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing time may vary based on product availability and supplier handling
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- India: 5β10 business days
- UAE: 5β12 business days
- International: 7β20 business days
3. Dropshipping & Global Fulfillment
Some products are shipped directly from international suppliers or warehouses (including China, Hong Kong, or other global hubs).
- Products may ship from different countries
- Items in a single order may arrive separately
- Packaging or labeling may differ from website branding
- Tracking updates may take time after dispatch
4. Shipping Models (DDP / DDU)
a) Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
- Shipping cost includes customs duties and taxes
- No additional charges on delivery (where applicable)
b) Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
- Customer may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees
- Applicable especially for international shipments
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspection
- Customers are responsible for applicable import duties unless stated otherwise
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures
6. Tracking Orders
- Tracking details will be shared once available
- Tracking updates may take 2β5 days to reflect
- Some shipments may have partial or delayed tracking visibility
7. Failed or Incorrect Delivery
- Customer must provide accurate shipping details
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur reshipping charges
- Unclaimed shipments may not be eligible for refund
