4. Copyright, Originality & Intellectual Property

5. AI-Generated Content β Usage Rules
eGrabby may allow AI-assisted content (for example, designs, prompts, or AI-edited media) in specific contests, provided the rules of that contest permit such use.
When using AI tools, you must ensure:
- You follow the applicable AI toolβs terms of use.
- Generated content does not infringe on othersβ IP or privacy.
- You do not falsely claim real-life facts or credentials using AI-deepfake tools.
If a contest is marked as βHuman-Only Creative Workβ, heavy AI generation may be disqualified even if the content is otherwise compliant.
6. Behaviour in Comments, Reviews & Interactions
Where comments or feedback features are enabled, you must:
- Keep language respectful and free from abuse.
- Not spam, advertise unrelated products, or drop irrelevant links.
- Not attempt to manipulate other usersβ votes or decisions through harassment.
We may remove comments or block accounts that repeatedly violate these rules or create a hostile environment for others.
7. Contest-Specific Content Rules
All UGC submitted to contests must follow both this page and the specific Skill Contest Rules.
In addition, for contests:
- You must follow the declared theme, brief, and technical requirements.
- You must not include any brand logos, third-party IP or celebrity images without rights, unless the contest rules explicitly allow them.
- You must not hide illegal or offensive material inside entries (e.g., hidden text, layers or frames).
eGrabby and its judging panel reserve the right to hide, remove, or disqualify any entry that breaches these rules, even after it has temporarily appeared on the site.
8. βEveryone Winsβ Rewards & Public Display of Entries
In βEveryone Winsβ or multi-tier contests, many entries may receive wallet rewards, coupons, or recognition. To run these contests fairly:
- Your name, username, and part of your entry may be displayed on contest pages and leaderboards.
- Shortlisted and winning entries may be highlighted for marketing or educational purposes.
- We may show ranking, score bands, and badges using your displayed username.
If you do not want your content to be publicly used beyond the contest, please contact us before submission. However, in most contests, public display is essential for judging and transparency.

If you see content on eGrabby that appears to breach these Guidelines, you may:
- Use any available βReportβ / βFlagβ feature near the content, or
- Email us at support@egrabby.com with:
- Screenshot or direct link to the content
